By becoming a member of The Inn Exchange, you agree that:
You bear all responsibility for making and effectuating the arrangements;
You agree that any Inn or B&B exchange, or hospitality exchange is solely between you and the other exchange party;
You agree that neither The Inn Exchange, which is a Division of Sojourning Concepts, nor its' affiliates, bear any responsibility of liability for any aspect or outcome of the arrangement;
You are wholly responsible for ensuring the accuracy of a potential Inn or Bed and Breakfast exchange.
By accepting membership in The Inn Exchange, you also agree to the following conditions:
- Always provide an honest and accurate description of your Inn or Bed and Breakfast.
- Always be forthcoming as to the safety of your neighborhood or surroundings.
- Always be respectful of others throughout the entire home exchange process including electronic and telephonic correspondence.
- Always take care to be respectful of others personal possessions or property, and make amends for any damage caused to another's property by you or a member of your party.
- Maintain a current email address.
