For one straightforward annual fee of $89, our exchange club offers B&B Inn owners the opportunity to take advantage of free lodging each and every time they travel. Members can list their property as available for ‘Entire Property Exchange’ if they wish to trade their entire Inn or B&B, or ‘Suite Exchange’ if they wish to trade just a room or two. Especially with suite exchanges, travel need not be simultaneous: you can travel to your desired destination when it fits your schedule, and your exchange partner can come to your Inn or Bed and Breakfast when it is convenient for them and you.
